Your Prestwich has secured £6.8 million from the Greater Manchester Good Growth Fund, meaning the next phase of the £100 million regeneration is moving forward!
We’re currently preparing a planning application for the next phase, which builds on the outline planning consent we have in place.

Progress at the travel hub
Construction of the new travel hub is progressing well with completion expected in summer 2026.
The new travel hub will replace the existing car park off Fairfax Road and will provide over 300 parking spaces.
